Well... Training yesterday was kinda horrible.... maybe because after coming back from Genting... i didn't get to train for about 5 days or so... after running around the school for 4 times.... the B'girls got to go to the field to train batting.... I really regretted not wearing my batting gloves because the bat grip was slippery... groan.... so ending up batting like crap.... of course got scolded from Coach.... He reprimanded us...... saying that why can't we bat just as well as last time.... and we told him that we weren't used to running 4 laps before batting.... Coach let us rest for awhile and told us to think about it and try to change our mind set abit.... True enough... after wearing my batting gloves and focusing more on batting rather than the blisters and the pain on my left palm.... I did managed to hit better..... Kinda shocked cos' just this changing of my mind set.... i could actually hit further..... Mind over matter..... so it is true after all....
