It's been awhile since i last blogged.... heh... been busy with softball matches..... kept postponing because of the erectic weather..... so unpredictable..... rain rain and rain.... we played many matches this time in the nationals... 5 in total... of which we won 2 of them... 1 against CHIJ St.Theresa Convent.... 8-7.... and another against MGS.... of which we softballers were most proud of.... 23-1.... (we played that match at the morning... about 8am-11 plus).... It was the first time we played against a school during the morning and it was fun cos' we also skipped lessons... haha (kidding!)... We lost to Raffles 3-2... but we put up a good fight against them.... The match against Cresent was bad because apparently our pitcher was sick so we had to struggle.... The last match was against Pei Chia.... that match... (won't elaborate further cos' it DID not bring good memories...).... Thus, my softball career ends here.... Awww.. really missed the days in softball... sob sob... Just looking back at the times where we trained so hard, the happy days were memorable... I strongly believed that they will be more determined than ever to clinch the title of champion next year.... so Jia You girls... the ball is in your hand.. and as for our C'girls... i'm confident that they will also be doing well....
Oh yes.... yesterday was my English Paper 1 & 2 mid-year exams.... the paper was okay.... but the comprehension was kind of tough.... cos' i don't know some part of the compre.... Chinese today was a cluster paper.... Groan... i hate cluster paper..... we started with paper 2 this time around... strange!... The paper was full of chineses characters.... i had a hard time reading the whole thing.... couldn't concentrate and focus too..... as such... didn't have enough time to complete my compre.... darn.... paper 1 was still managable.... can lah... just the thought of the mother tongue prelim drawing nearer stresses me.... better do my revision cos' i don't want to re-take my chinese paper in november...!!
