The thought of this year being the last year to celebrate National Day made me pretty sad.... so i was really looking forward to enjoy the National Day celebrations in Fajar.... I got up earlier than usual.... feeling excited as having heard that Mr Yong was overall in charge of the concert, the concert this year would certainly be the best.... I wore my red OP shirt with my school skirt (that turned me off a little).... and assembled at the school field... The field was wet due to the rain and the morning dew.... and we had to actually sit down on the wet grass.... (luckily we were given plastic bags to sit on).... The 1st part of the celebration started with the parade... The SYF dancers (that includes my sister Hui Lin) performed 3 songs and the best part of the parade was when the Boys Brigade did their fancy drill.... my god they looked so cool man... lolz with the shades and moves.... We made our way up to the hall and we were literally standing up to sing National Day songs... the teachers too were performing on stage..... I enjoyed myself very much today and had a slight sore throat after the whole event..... Hema, Mel, Hui Lin & I decided to go to Jurong point to watch "Click".... The movie was awesome.... It's Hilarious and at the same time it touched me as they mentioned about the importance of family...... I would want to watch it again!!! So nice.... one of the best movies i had watched so far...... Yes National Day Tomorrow... i have to watch the Live telecast of the National Day Celebration 2006!!!
