On Friday, my friends (Hema, Farhana & Jingwei) and I made our way to Vivo City. We decided to endure the long journey there to Habour Front because we had heard from our peers and had seen lots of advertisements on how big the cinema is at Vivo City. Since we wanted to watch "Step up" the movie, we all agreed on going to Vivo City. Vivo City was situated next to Habour Front Shopping Centre and I must say I immediately loved that place. There were rows of shops selling branded goods like GAP (The only one in Singapore). I was surprised by the fact that there were so many people here in Vivo City ranging from working adults all the way to teenagers, families etc. The place was simply packed with people. We dined at Secret Recipe and I ordered the Grill-Chicken main course. The food was delicious since we were ravenous at that time (It was about 1 plus when we managed to decide on our place for lunch) The cakes there were fabulous.... After our lunch, we changed our mind about watching a movie because the queue to the ticket counter was long (many teenagers especially) and my friends wanted to do some real shopping. We spent 3-4 hours going around shops, trying outfits which were fun and we ended up seeing our schoolmates there as well..... At about 6, we were tired and my legs were killing me (maybe because we did not stop to sit down or rest and we just kept walking for 4 over hours).... We headed home with a broad grin on our faces and good things have to come to the end... It is back to reality and time to open our TYS as we await for our last paper to commerce... (phy/chem paper 1)....
