On Feb 3rd was JJC's very own LOVE FIESTA!!! Our class decided to sell Nasi Lemak as our civics teacher Mr Azmi told us that his previous class made alot of profit 2 years ago. Being in the first shift, i had to reach school at 8am on a sat. The spirit was very high and everybody was psyched to start the even! Classes were busy preparing the food in the canteen, getting the final preparation done before 9.30am. Mr Azmi ordered 400 over packets of Nasi Lemak and 100 over Mee Goreng. 150 packets of Nasi Lemak was delivered to our school's main gate and we started selling them at 9am. The response was great and we managed to sell the 1st batch within 1.5 hours eventhough the Nasi Lemak cost $4 each. (Usual price $2.... so 100% profit yay!) The school compound was quickly packed and the Uncle Ringo's ride attracted many people to JJC. The rides were fun but costly ($6 per ride) and i rode a total of 3 times... The leaders were demostrating our mass dances on the Love Fiesta stage and many performances were lined up.. (Singing, Wushu, Dancing, Cheerleading etc)...My mum and sister came and supported our Nasi Lemak and i thank them for their support they gave me. 2 of my friends too, came down and we had a blast. The 2nd batch of Nasi Lemak & Mee Goreng was well loved by the crowd especially the Nasi Lemak. Eventhough another stall sold Nasi Lemak as well at a cheaper price ($3), it did not discourage them to buy from our stall.. 2nd batch was sold out... the 3rd and the 4th one too.... At 4pm, the 500 over packets of Nasi Lemak & Mee Goreng was SOLD OUT and we made a profit of $1000... Wheeee.... I went home at around 5 plus and boy was i worn out.... I will definetely not forget this day....
