So all of us went to Umi Jigoku by bus as it was the starting point... We were each given 2,500 yen per student (to cover lunch and bus fare) + an all day bus ticket around Beppu City... We had around 4 hours plus to visit our 3 destination.. Umi Jigoku, or Sea Hell is one of the 9 famous Jigokus in Beppu City... 7 of which is found at Kannawa District and 2 at Shibaseki District...
The Jigokus are mainly for viewing purposes.. Got to see the hot springs and biggest lily pad that I had ever seen.... We also took some pictures there and we also tried the feet Onsen...

After that, we headed off to eat our lunch and headed to the bus stop where we met Cheryl's group.... We took a bus to our lunch destination but apparently we boarded the wrong bus... We got down and walked around the area where Masaru led us... We were lost and the poor guy kept apologising... So we decided to take a bus first to Beppu Tower before lunch.. We got to see a magnificent view of the whole Beppu City.. It was breath-taking....

Then, we went to eat lunch which was recommended by Masaru as Me and Justin wanted to try their famous food called Dango Jiro which was somewhat like handmade noodles with soup.... It was nice!!!! We were given a big private room and the view was awesome... We ate heartily...

After that, due to the time constrain, we did not go to the Beppu Park but instead, went to Youme town which was a shopping centre where i bought some CDs for Hui Min.. We also went to the supermarket and Justin bought some puddings...
Interesting thing about their supermarket : They have an ice dispenser!!
We met Elaine's group there as well... After walking around the place, it was time to go back to the school... Instead of taking the bus to the train station, our group decided to walk.. and BOY did we walked like forever... We had to run towards the train station in order to catch the last train.... T___T!!! Luckily we managed to board the last train and we met most of the other groups as well...

We arrived at Oita train station and had to "hike" our way up the slope to the school... As ONCT was built on top of the mountains, the walk was not pleasant... Steep slopes one after another... I was panting like hell while climbing up those slopes... Apparently, Masaru and Daiki walked to school from the Oita Train station everyday so gotta hand it to them... Finally we reached the school and we had to present what we did during those hours to the rest of the groups...

When the presentation ended, we had our free time... We decided to go and sing Karaoke while the other group went to another shopping area.. Kenta, one of the students, drove us to the place... Their karaoke was FANTASTIC and it was BIG... Had a huge stage and 3 thick books worth of songs... I sang ARASHI's love so sweet together with Miyuki =D... The rest sang chinese songs and english songs... We ended off with Utada Hikaru's First Love... Even though we sang for only an hour, we had TONS of fun!!!

After the karaoke, we headed to this place called Sukiya where they sold beef bowls and other stuff there... I ordered beef bowl with cheese... It was unusual so I wanted to try it and it was OISHII MAX!!! We ate till our hearts consent but we were late for the meeting at 9pm....

It was a great day!!!
